Ask about marble polishing and restorationA real project
Project location: Panama City
This homeowner wanted the floor's dull appearance, visible scratches, and stains from children's crayons and paint corrected.
We polished the natural-stone floor with a three-step diamond-pad system and used a handheld tool beside cabinetry and in areas the larger machine could not reach. After drying the floor, we applied sealant.
The concerns were corrected, and the homeowner was happy with the result.

Your free consultation
You should not have to decide between cleaning, honing and polishing just to ask for help. Tell us what has changed in the floor's appearance, what you have tried and the finish you would like.
We assess the material and condition, then use the free test spot to explain the proposed approach. We discuss what it shows and any concerns that may respond differently elsewhere on the floor.
Before agreeing to the work, you can review the scope and price, nearby finishes and furnishings, access, and when you need to use the room again.

Ask about natural stone sealingUnderstanding the treatment
Cleaning addresses soil and residue. A change in the finish itself may need a different approach, which is why we assess dull areas, marks and scratching before recommending treatment.
Some stone can be etched by acidic spills or unsuitable products. An etched area is a change to the surface, not simply dirt waiting to be washed away. The appropriate response depends on the stone and extent of the change.
Sealing is considered separately. Some stones benefit from it and others may not need it. The product and care recommendations should suit the individual floor.
For everyday care, sand and grit deserve attention because they can scratch natural stone. Keep loose grit off the floor and use cleaning products appropriate to the material. Ask us about your current routine when we assess the floor.
