A clear first step

See a proposed improvement on your own floor

A free consultation and suitable test spot let you see how the proposed treatment responds on your floor. We explain the scope and price before you decide, including any marks or areas that may need a different approach.

Your preferred finish matters. Bring installation details, a care sheet or the stone name if you have them; a photograph alone may not confirm the material.

Tell us what matters most

Tell us the stone type if known, the approximate floor area, your preferred finish and where the problem is most noticeable. Mention previous sealers, cleaning products and any loose or damaged areas.

Highly experienced technicians explain the proposed work and any limits, so you can decide with a clear understanding of the service.

Start with the right diagnosis

Marble dullness is not always a cleaning problem

Residue on the surface

A film from care products may hide the underlying finish. We look at what is sitting on the marble before deciding whether cleaning or finish work is relevant.

Etched or scratched areas

A dull mark may represent a changed surface rather than dirt. Describe spills and cleaning attempts so the recommendation addresses the condition instead of simply repeating cleaning.

The finish you want

A polished floor and a honed appearance have different visual goals. We discuss the surrounding areas and your preference before recommending how to improve consistency.

Real work, real materials

Natural-stone work in a real home

In our documented Panama City project, the homeowner wanted a dull floor, scratches and children’s crayon and paint marks corrected. We used a three-step polishing-pad system, handheld work in difficult-to-reach areas, drying and sealant. The owner reported that the concerns were corrected and the customer was happy.

This is evidence of that natural-stone project, not a material-specific guarantee. The homeowner recalls marble, but the stone species is not confirmed; we keep the example labeled natural stone.

From inspection to handover

Assess the marble, then agree the finish

  1. Inspect the floor

Review the known material, finish, marks and previous treatments. Identify damage that falls outside a polishing estimate.

  2. Review a suitable test spot

Compare the proposed improvement with the surrounding floor. Explain what the test demonstrates and any deeper marks it does not resolve.

  3. Complete and review the agreed treatment

Work through the scoped floor areas, including accessible edges where appropriate. Discuss sealing separately and give care instructions for the finished surface.

Protect your investment

Keep grit and unsuitable cleaners off the finish

Use a cleaner appropriate to the stone and any applied treatment. Keep loose grit under control and follow the care directions discussed at handover; cleaning habits should match the material rather than a generic tile-cleaning routine.

Ask us about foot traffic, furniture and wet-cleaning restrictions for the actual treatment. A dry-looking floor does not establish that a newly applied sealer has fully cured.

Polishing and stain treatment solve different problems

We do not promise that every deep scratch, absorbed stain or uneven tile edge will disappear. The assessment distinguishes surface-finish work from repair, replacement or another specialist treatment.

This service is scoped to floors. Countertop, wall, crack or chip work is not implied; ask us to confirm any additional surface before booking.

Useful answers before booking

Marble Polishing & Restoration: your questions

Will cleaning remove a dull etch mark?

A changed stone finish is different from removable dirt. We assess the mark and discuss whether finish restoration is relevant instead of assuming ordinary cleaning will correct it.

Can you make a honed marble floor glossy?

Tell us the finish you want. We assess the stone and the existing surface, discuss suitability and review a test where appropriate before confirming the scope.

Does sealing make marble immune to marks?

No. Sealing is a separate protection decision and does not replace appropriate care or guarantee protection from every kind of mark.

Is the project video definitely marble?

The documented project is natural stone; its species is unconfirmed. We do not present it as a verified marble-specific case. Your own floor is assessed separately.

What helps you evaluate the floor?

Bring the stone identification or installation paperwork if available, plus photos of the whole room and the dull or scratched areas. Mention previous products and the finish you want.
