The fabric and its instructions
Existing performance finishes and maker’s care rules matter. Do not assume that adding a product is appropriate for every upholstered item.
A clear first step
Tell us the item, the concern and any care label or manufacturer’s instructions. We assess the material and condition before explaining the proposed scope, likely limitations and price.
A light-colored sofa, a leather chair and a lined curtain are different decisions. We discuss the appropriate next step rather than assuming one wet-cleaning method suits everything in the room.

Highly experienced technicians explain the proposed work and any limits, so you can decide with a clear understanding of the service.
Start with the right diagnosis
Existing performance finishes and maker’s care rules matter. Do not assume that adding a product is appropriate for every upholstered item.
Soil, residues and unresolved stains should be assessed first. Protection is not a way to conceal a cleaning problem.
Discuss your concern about ordinary spills and ongoing care. Protection is not sold as a way to make the fabric immune to stains, wear or pet damage.
Real work, real materials
The selected video shows fabric upholstery during cleaning. It illustrates work on that sofa, not a leather, mattress or curtain treatment.
Your item’s material, construction and instructions guide the service. The consultation separates what cleaning can improve from wear, damage or another condition that may remain.
From inspection to handover
Assess the fabric information and care instructions. Explain whether an added treatment is suitable for the item.
Clarify necessary preparation, the proposed application and the added cost. Explain limitations before including it in the job.
Complete the agreed treatment and provide product-specific drying, use and maintenance directions.
Protect your investment
Follow the instructions for the treatment actually applied and the furniture maker’s guidance. An added product does not replace ordinary spill care or a suitable cleaning routine.
Discuss drying, cushion handling and return to use at handover. Product-specific restrictions apply; no fixed cure time is assumed across all fabric protectants.
Fabric protection does not guarantee that every spill will release or that the item becomes stain-proof. It does not repair worn fibers, prevent every pet concern or extend a manufacturer warranty by default.
Treatment compatibility and an existing finish must be assessed. We do not list an unconfirmed product brand, durability period or coverage warranty.
Useful answers before booking
It is a separate decision and cost when appropriate. The estimate should distinguish cleaning and any added protection.
No. We explain the intended purpose and limitations; spills still need appropriate attention under the care instructions.
The item’s condition and preparation are assessed first. Protection is not presented as a stain-removal or concealment treatment.
The existing finish and maker’s instructions need review. An additional product is not automatically recommended for every performance fabric.
Follow the directions for the actual product and job. Drying and cure restrictions are not guessed from a generic fabric-protection claim.
