Concentrated wear and soil
Entrances, counters and repeated walking paths may need more attention than the rest of the floor. We assess the condition instead of applying a single cleaning assumption to every area.
A clear first step
Tell us which areas need attention, how the premises are used and when they can be taken out of service. We discuss the practical work window rather than promising an unconfirmed overnight or emergency slot.
High-use walkways, food preparation surroundings and restroom floors can have different conditions. The estimate should identify the areas and treatments included, with any optional sealing clearly separated.

Start with the right diagnosis
Entrances, counters and repeated walking paths may need more attention than the rest of the floor. We assess the condition instead of applying a single cleaning assumption to every area.
Counters, wired equipment and heavy appliances affect access. Our team handles suitable movable items within the agreed scope; fixed or complicated assemblies stay in place.
A wet floor creates a slip concern. Discuss pedestrian routes and return-to-use timing; sealing, if included, adds its own restrictions.
Real work, real materials
The outdoor-kitchen video shows our tile-cleaning work near appliances. It is general process footage, not a commercial-building case study.
We use protective painter’s plastic around vulnerable furnishings and especially stainless-steel appliances. For your premises, the exact protection and access plan are agreed before cleaning.
From inspection to handover
Identify tile, grout, soil and any damaged areas. Discuss how staff and customers use the space and what access the service needs.
Set the work area, protection, furniture boundaries and appropriate cleaning approach. Separate optional stain work or sealing in the estimate.
Check the completed scope and explain drying and care. Reopen only when the surface and any applied treatment allow safe use.
Protect your investment
After tile cleaning, we recommend a neutral-pH cleaner, especially when sealant has been applied. Remove loose grit before mopping and avoid leaving cleaner residue behind. Follow the specific product directions we give you at handover.
Cleaning does not correct loose tile, drainage defects or worn installation. Some marks may be permanent; a suitable test helps set expectations.
No overnight schedule, response-time guarantee or specialist compliance claim is implied. Confirm the appointment and any building requirements directly with our team.

The work zone and wet floor need to be kept out of use. We discuss access routes and reopening needs while planning the scope.
Yes. Our team uses protective painter’s plastic around vulnerable furnishings, particularly stainless-steel appliances, as appropriate to the work area.
Only when appropriate and agreed. We separate cleaning and sealing so the price and added return-to-use restrictions are clear.
The area, material, soil condition, fixed equipment, access and scheduling restrictions all matter. Photos and a floor-area estimate help us plan the consultation.
