A hallway or path beside the sofa can look different from a protected corner. We distinguish removable soil from a change in the pile caused by wear.
A clear first step
Tell us which rooms need attention and the change you would most like to see. We assess the carpet, soil and any particular spots before agreeing a cleaning plan and price.
A home that is occupied every day and a second home being prepared for an owner’s visit may need different access arrangements. We coordinate the work area and practical return-to-use instructions when booking.

Start with the right diagnosis
A hallway or path beside the sofa can look different from a protected corner. We distinguish removable soil from a change in the pile caused by wear.
Tell us about heavy, fragile or fixed items before the visit. Agree which floor areas can be reached and any moving arrangements in the scope.
Bedrooms, children, pets and owner arrivals all affect practical planning. We discuss access and drying guidance so the appointment fits how the home is used.
Real work, real materials
This footage shows carpet cleaning in progress. It is a process example, not a before-and-after guarantee for your floor.
The appropriate treatment and drying guidance depend on the carpet, its condition and the work agreed for your home. We explain those decisions instead of promising one method or drying time for every room.
From inspection to handover
Identify the carpeted rooms, stairs and areas that most concern you. Discuss the material and any previous cleaning attempts.
Explain the proposed cleaning, agreed furniture boundaries and any separate spot treatments. Confirm the price before the full service.
Complete the scoped work and discuss any remaining wear or marks. Explain how to keep the cleaned rooms out of normal use while they dry.
Protect your investment
Keep loose grit under control with regular vacuuming appropriate to the carpet. For a new spill, blot rather than aggressively rubbing the fibers, and follow the carpet maker’s care instructions.
Allow the cleaned carpet to dry before normal use and follow the directions given for your job. Ventilation, material and the amount of treatment affect drying; we do not promise a fixed hour count without assessing the work.
A visibly worn path can remain after cleaning because the fibers themselves have changed. We do not describe cleaning as replacement of worn carpet.
Furniture moving is agreed for this service before booking; do not assume the tile-job moving rules automatically establish what is included for every carpet room.
Useful answers before booking
Tell us all the areas you want included, including stairs and landings. Access, condition and size shape the agreed scope and price.
Soil can be treated, but wear can change the fibers and their appearance. We assess that distinction before promising a result.
Discuss furniture and fragile items with us when booking. We agree accessible areas and moving responsibilities for your carpet service.
Ask for guidance for the actual job and drying conditions. We do not promise a fixed drying time before the carpet and treatment are assessed.
Yes. We coordinate agreed access, photos and online payment. Tell us about alarm instructions, building rules and any arrival deadline.
Away from your Destin property? We routinely coordinate door-code or lockbox access, take before-and-after photos, and send an online payment link. Agree access and the work area with us when booking.
Tell us about your surface and the change you want to see. We will help you understand the next step, scope and price.
