What caused the mark?
Food, a drink, cosmetics and an unknown old spot are different starting points. Even an approximate history helps us plan the assessment.
A clear first step
Send an overall room photo and a closer view of the spot. Tell us when it appeared and whether its appearance has changed. The consultation establishes the appropriate next step rather than an automatic stain-removal guarantee.
Avoid treating an unknown mark with several different products while waiting for advice. The carpet maker’s care instructions and material details are useful to the assessment.

Start with the right diagnosis
Food, a drink, cosmetics and an unknown old spot are different starting points. Even an approximate history helps us plan the assessment.
Household chemicals, rubbing and repeated wetting can change a mark or the fibers around it. Tell us the product names if you remember them.
One treated area can contrast with a heavily soiled room. We discuss whether targeted work or a broader clean best fits the appearance you want.
Real work, real materials
This footage shows carpet cleaning in progress. It is a process example, not a before-and-after guarantee for your floor.
The appropriate treatment and drying guidance depend on the carpet, its condition and the work agreed for your home. We explain those decisions instead of promising one method or drying time for every room.
From inspection to handover
Ask about the cause, age and previous products. Inspect the affected area and discuss the material and surrounding carpet condition.
Clarify whether targeted stain work or room cleaning is recommended. Discuss what may remain before agreeing price and scope.
Carry out the agreed work and review the visible change. Explain drying and what to do if an issue needs a follow-up assessment.
Protect your investment
Keep loose grit under control with regular vacuuming appropriate to the carpet. For a new spill, blot rather than aggressively rubbing the fibers, and follow the carpet maker’s care instructions.
Allow the cleaned carpet to dry before normal use and follow the directions given for your job. Ventilation, material and the amount of treatment affect drying; we do not promise a fixed hour count without assessing the work.
Some marks represent dye change, bleaching or damage to fibers rather than removable contamination. A stain-removal service cannot promise to recreate the original carpet color in those cases.
An improvement on one type of stain does not guarantee the same result for an unknown mark. We avoid claims that every stain can be completely removed.
Useful answers before booking
Yes. Product names, repeated applications and any rubbing or soaking help us understand the condition before treatment.
A loss of carpet color is different from a removable stain. We assess the area and discuss an appropriate option; ordinary stain removal is not a recoloring promise.
We discuss targeted work and how it may compare with the surrounding carpet. The right scope depends on both the spot and the room’s overall condition.
Send the whole affected area and a close view in ordinary light. Include the source and age of the mark if known.
We explain the likely improvement and limitations after assessment. No blanket removal guarantee is made for an unknown carpet and stain.
