Known leather and finish
Tell us the maker and any material details. Protected leather, delicate finishes and a leather-look covering should not be assumed to share the same cleaning rules.
A clear first step
Tell us the item, the concern and any care label or manufacturer’s instructions. We assess the material and condition before explaining the proposed scope, likely limitations and price.
A light-colored sofa, a leather chair and a lined curtain are different decisions. We discuss the appropriate next step rather than assuming one wet-cleaning method suits everything in the room.

Start with the right diagnosis
Tell us the maker and any material details. Protected leather, delicate finishes and a leather-look covering should not be assumed to share the same cleaning rules.
Arms, headrests and favorite seats may collect soil unevenly. We assess the visible condition and care instructions before recommending treatment.
A changed or damaged finish is different from dirt. Point out cracking, peeling and faded areas so they are discussed rather than hidden in a cleaning promise.
From inspection to handover
Review care instructions and known leather details. Inspect contact areas and finish damage that may limit cleaning.
Explain the proposed cleaning and any compatibility limits. Clarify what is included before committing to the whole piece.
Complete the agreed treatment and discuss remaining wear. Give directions appropriate to the material and any treatment used.
Protect your investment
Follow the furniture maker’s instructions for the particular leather or covering. Avoid experimenting with household cleaners or conditioners intended for a different finish.
Protect the piece from the conditions identified in its care guidance and discuss ongoing care with us. Conditioning or refinishing is not automatically included in a cleaning estimate.
Cleaning does not rebuild a peeling surface, mend cracks or replace lost dye. Recoloring, refinishing and structural upholstery repair are separate services and are not implied here.
Some finishes are particularly sensitive. Suitability is assessed before treatment; a photo or the word leather alone does not establish a safe method.
Useful answers before booking
No single fabric-cleaning method is assumed suitable for leather. We assess the material, finish and maker’s instructions separately.
Those are finish or physical-damage concerns. They are not presented as removable soil or automatically repaired by cleaning.
No. Recoloring and refinishing are not implied in this cleaning scope. Tell us if those are your goals so the next step can be clarified.
Check the maker’s instructions and discuss the product with us first. An unconfirmed product can complicate the material assessment.
Send the whole item, close views of worn or marked areas, and the brand, care label or purchase details if available.
