Arms and favorite seats
Uneven use can produce different soil patterns. Point out the areas that bother you so they are considered in the estimate.
A clear first step
Tell us the item, the concern and any care label or manufacturer’s instructions. We assess the material and condition before explaining the proposed scope, likely limitations and price.
A light-colored sofa, a leather chair and a lined curtain are different decisions. We discuss the appropriate next step rather than assuming one wet-cleaning method suits everything in the room.

Highly experienced technicians explain the proposed work and any limits, so you can decide with a clear understanding of the service.
Start with the right diagnosis
Uneven use can produce different soil patterns. Point out the areas that bother you so they are considered in the estimate.
Seat faces, backs, undersides and loose cushions may have different requirements. A zipper does not establish that the cover can be machine washed.
Buttons, contrasting trim, reclining parts and attached cushions can affect access and treatment. Mention those details before the visit.
Real work, real materials
The selected video shows fabric upholstery during cleaning. It illustrates work on that sofa, not a leather, mattress or curtain treatment.
Your item’s material, construction and instructions guide the service. The consultation separates what cleaning can improve from wear, damage or another condition that may remain.
From inspection to handover
Identify the fabric and instructions, assess the concern areas and discuss cushions or components that need separate attention.
Clarify whether the scope covers the sofa, chaise, loose cushions and any particular stains. Explain limitations and price before work.
Complete the agreed treatment, review the visible result and explain drying and how to return cushions and seats to normal use.
Protect your investment
Keep the maker’s care label or instructions available. A removable cover is not automatically washable, and an online tip for a different fabric does not establish what is suitable for yours.
Ask about drying and return to use for the actual treatment. Keep the item out of normal use until it is ready, and discuss any follow-up concern with us rather than repeatedly applying new spot cleaners.
Fading, pilling, torn fabric and worn upholstery are not automatically corrected by cleaning. We discuss the condition before promising the appearance you want.
Extra pieces, ottomans and hidden cushion surfaces are not assumed included. Naming the components in the scope avoids surprises.
Useful answers before booking
Send a photo of the whole arrangement and tell us about the chaise, loose cushions and extra pieces. Material, size, condition and included components shape the estimate.
Do not assume so from the zipper alone. Follow the maker’s instructions and discuss the fabric and cushion construction before cleaning.
Tell us the priorities. We assess targeted treatment and how it may compare with the rest of the piece before agreeing the scope.
Only if agreed. List every item and component you want treated when requesting the estimate.
We give directions for the actual treatment and drying conditions. A universal same-day or fixed-hour promise is not made before assessment.
Away from your Destin property? We routinely coordinate door-code or lockbox access, take before-and-after photos, and send an online payment link. Agree access and the work area with us when booking.
Tell us about your surface and the change you want to see. We will help you understand the next step, scope and price.
