One incident or repeated use?
The history of the area matters. Repeated incidents may involve more than the visible surface spot, so describe patterns rather than just the most recent event.
A clear first step
Tell us which rooms need attention and the change you would most like to see. We assess the carpet, soil and any particular spots before agreeing a cleaning plan and price.
A home that is occupied every day and a second home being prepared for an owner’s visit may need different access arrangements. We coordinate the work area and practical return-to-use instructions when booking.

Highly experienced technicians explain the proposed work and any limits, so you can decide with a clear understanding of the service.
Start with the right diagnosis
The history of the area matters. Repeated incidents may involve more than the visible surface spot, so describe patterns rather than just the most recent event.
Appearance and odor do not always identify the same affected area. Tell us where you notice the concern and when it is strongest.
Carpet backing, padding or the floor below may need consideration. Surface cleaning alone is not presented as a guaranteed solution for every pet-related odor.
Real work, real materials
This footage shows carpet cleaning in progress. It is a process example, not a before-and-after guarantee for your floor.
The appropriate treatment and drying guidance depend on the carpet, its condition and the work agreed for your home. We explain those decisions instead of promising one method or drying time for every room.
From inspection to handover
Discuss affected rooms, incident history and previous treatments. Identify the areas and materials to assess.
Explain what the proposed carpet service covers and when deeper involvement may require another decision. Clarify price and expectations before work.
Complete the agreed work, explain drying and discuss any remaining concern that needs reassessment or a different scope.
Protect your investment
Keep loose grit under control with regular vacuuming appropriate to the carpet. For a new spill, blot rather than aggressively rubbing the fibers, and follow the carpet maker’s care instructions.
Allow the cleaned carpet to dry before normal use and follow the directions given for your job. Ventilation, material and the amount of treatment affect drying; we do not promise a fixed hour count without assessing the work.
We do not guarantee complete removal of every odor through a surface clean. Repeated contamination, affected padding and another active source can change the work needed.
Pet-damaged fibers or torn carpet are physical repair issues. Stain and odor treatment does not automatically repair that damage.
Useful answers before booking
An affected layer below the visible carpet or a continuing source may need consideration. We discuss that possibility instead of treating a surface clean as a universal odor cure.
Yes. Tell us what was applied and whether it changed the odor or mark. That history helps the assessment.
Carpet repair is a separate service and scope. Describe tears, frayed edges or damaged areas so we can discuss whether repair is relevant.
No blanket guarantee is made. We explain the proposed work and limitations based on the affected materials and incident history.
Describe the rooms, repeat areas, age of the incidents, pets still using the space and products already tried. Photos help when visible marks or physical damage are present.
Away from your Destin property? We routinely coordinate door-code or lockbox access, take before-and-after photos, and send an online payment link. Agree access and the work area with us when booking.
Tell us about your surface and the change you want to see. We will help you understand the next step, scope and price.
